At just 33 years old, Alenieh has worn many hats — from ESL teacher to real estate lead manager, and now, as the passionate CEO of Scale Up VA Services. Married to her best friend Marlon, and a proud mom of three, Alenieh knows firsthand what it’s like to juggle a career and personal life — and she’s made it her mission to help business owners do the same.
With 9 years of experience teaching students and business owners from Japan, Korea, China, and Russia, Alenieh learned the importance of communication, patience, and building connections across different cultures. In 2021, she found her true calling as an Executive Assistant, supporting entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses without losing sight of their personal lives. She later dove into the fast-paced world of real estate cold calling, managing leads and closing deals for clients from 2022 to 2024.
But Alenieh’s story goes beyond business. As a proud follower of Christ, her faith plays a central role in how she leads and lives. She believes that true success comes not just from hard work, but from living with purpose, love, and integrity. This belief shapes her mission at Scale Up VA Services — to help others scale smarter, while keeping what matters most at the forefront.
